At the moment, other digital formats (eg. epub) won’t be available in the online stores (eg. Kobo / Nook) while I run a Kindle promotion with Amazon. If you really prefer these formats just email me and I’ll send one over to you.

Amazon don’t print locally in Australia, so readers looking for a paperback in Oz will unfortunately face high postage costs, high exchange rates & lengthy delivery times from the U.S. Amazon site. For this reason, I can post signed copies of the book to Australian readers from my own locally printed paperback stock, at reduced print and delivery prices.
